Ahead Book Services reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by making changes to the website. The latest terms and conditions will be available online. Your use of this website after any revisions to the terms and conditions will be treated as your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
The minimum order value is £100 net.
New customers will be asked to pay on receipt of goods for the first order, thereafter 30 days credit will apply.
Aphrohead Ltd reserves the right to withhold further supplies in the event of amounts payable being overdue, breach of any of the conditions of this agreement, or any other reason which the company should consider reasonable.
Ahead Book Services reserves the right to deduct from any monies due or becoming due from the Company to the buyer, any monies due from the buyer to the company.
By placing an order with us, you are accepting these terms and conditions.
Any claim for credit or replacement of stock in respect of any delivery of goods will only be considered if the claim relates to shortage, damage, or defected quality or condition of stock, failure to correspond with the order placed or non–delivery. Aphrohead Ltd reserves the right not to replace stock and to credit the buyer for the equivalent value of that stock.
All claims should be submitted within 14 days of receipt of stock. If claims are not submitted within this time limit, Ahead Book Services will not assume the liability in respect of such claims and the customer shall be bound to pay the price as though the goods were delivered in full and saleable condition.
Aphrohead Ltd shall not be held liable to the buyer or be regarded as in breach of its agreement with the buyer by reason of any delay in executing or any failure to execute any of its obligations with regards to the goods if the delay or failure was due to any cause outside of Aphrohead Ltd's control.

If claims are not submitted within this time limit, Ahead Book Services will not assume the liability in respect of such claims and the customer shall be bound to pay the price as though the goods were delivered in full and saleable condition.
Other Terms & Conditions
No other terms and conditions or any variation on this agreement will be requisite of us unless agreed before hand in writing and signed on behalf of both Aphrohead Ltd and you.
The Retention of Title to Goods
Aphrohead Ltd remains owner of the goods until the purchase price is paid in full.
Nothing in this clause or this contract shall confer any right on the buyer to return Goods to Ahead Book Services, or to refuse or delay payment thereof. If any such return is so agreed, the buyer shall be liable to the Company for any loss suffered by the Company thereby and the return of the Goods shall not extinguish any claim by the Company in respect thereof.
In addition to the cost of the goods you the buyer will also be liable to Aphrohead Ltd for all costs, charges and expenses (including legal costs) which were occasioned by the company exercising its rights to repossess the goods.
Headings in these terms and conditions are inserted for convenience and do not affect the construction of these terms and conditions.
Should any part of these terms and conditions be found to be illegal or unenforceable this judgement shall not affect the legality and enforceability of the remainder of the terms and conditions.
